Will details of offense show on Canadian Criminal Record Search?

criminal records search

I am apply for a job that requires a Criminal Record Search non-vunerable sector.

I wonder, will the details of my past criminal charge and conviction (DUI) be on the report to my employer, or will it simply state that I have a record but not reveal the nature?

The company will use a private agency for the search -if that means anything.

Thanx in advance for your answers.

  1. It will only show if you have convictions or not.

It will not show what they are for..

  2. In the U.S. it would show exactly what it was as it’s all public record.
