		<description>It will probably show up however, it depends on how extensive the employer does the background check.  Most background checks are only done thru the counties you have lived.  If you didn&#039;t list that county then it probably won&#039;t show up.  However, if you aren&#039;t accurate on your application you won&#039;t get hired either.  I&#039;d recommend you list everything and explain your situation with the manager interviewing you.  Then if it shows up they will know you were honest with them and that could factor into the decision.  However, if it was a theft related incident, that might be a tough issue to get thru.  Most companies won&#039;t even look at theft convictions as a potential hire.</description>
