Why Is It Acceptable For Law Makers To Have Criminal Records, And Not Law Enforcement Authority Like The Fbi?

  1. Well, because we aren’t counting on legislators to actually go out and doing the arresting and prosecuting of criminals. We do, however, expect law enforcement officers to do this. We don’t want criminal cops because we don’t want them to be susceptible to bribery, cover-ups, etc. We want to ensure that the people we expect to make the arrests are not the kind of people who themselves would be arrested.

  2. Because they are called Politicians. Examples? Look around at all Parties unless your brain is so dead from the kool aid that you can’t think. Then, there is no hope for you.

  3. I thought it was odd how George W Bush could be elected President as a convicted felon but he could have not been a police officer or served for the FBI
