If The Draft Ever Came Back Would It Apply To People With Criminal Records?

Know it’s unlikely but if it did would I be ineligible as I’ve been in jail twice. Am 21. What happened to people in this situation in the 60s and Vietnam?

  1. Ok this guy says that cons aren’t technologically able to use weapons. Reality check. Some of those weapons are point. . . . . shoot. I trained in them. Not hard. My fiance is a con. He was tained by his father who was a former Marine and who brought about SWAT. I think he can make it in the military.

  2. Yes you would be eligable. The problem is that with the advanced weapons and equiptment that not just anyone can use the weapons now. You need an education.

  3. I think so because they would think society would be better with all the criminals dead.

  4. that would depend on what kind of crimes the person committed, of course felons would not be given the priviledge to be a benifit to society, petty and misdemeanors would/could get a waiver or a judges court order.

  5. probably because you are young and the reason why people got drafted in the 6os and Vietnam was because the us didn’t have enough soilders
